Copelands Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP)
Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP©) Training is offered in 2 or 3-day workshops depending on the number of participants. It is for anyone who wants to learn about WRAP® and begin to incorporate it into their lives to improve personal wellness and achieve an improved quality of life. The course is designed to be highly interactive and encourage participation and sharing from all present. The course also lays a broad foundation for building a peer workforce. Successful completion of this course fulfills the prerequisites for being trained as a WRAP Facilitator.
North Carolina Interventions Plus (NCI+)
NCI+ is a specialized training in behavior management for individuals and companies working with people with Mental Health, Substance Abuse, or Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. NCI + is an approved curriculum in North Carolina. Staff trained in North Carolina Interventions (NCI) can be transitioned to NCI+.

ARC Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED
The Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED course incorporates the latest science and teaches students to recognize and care for a variety of first aid emergencies such as burns, cuts, scrapes, sudden illnesses, head, neck, back injuries, heat and cold emergencies and how to respond to breathing and cardiac emergencies to help victims of any age – adults (about 12 years and older) and pediatric (infants and children up to 12 years of age). Students who successfully complete this course will receive a certificate for Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED valid for two years. Please dress in comfortable clothing as skills are performed on the floor.
